Ordered updated WeatherTech Digital Floor Liner for 2013 NOX....

Hi all, after reviewing both Husky and WeatherTech, I decided on WeatherTech for my digital mats. WeatherTech updated their liners to snap onto the posts (so they tell me) of the 2013 Equinox. Plus, I feel like they have a better opening to the driver's side console air vents.

In addition, the rear liner is a one-piece, whereas the Husky liners appear to be two single pieces.

Husky DOES have hundreds of 'nibs' on the back-side of their liners, which was appealing to me, where the WeatherTech doesn't..... however, a call to WeatherTech inquiring about this yielded this response: "Our liners fit perfectly in place and are held in place by the contours of the floor and surrounding shapes."

Anyway... here is a photo of the WeatherTech installed in a NOX..... got this right from their website. I will post photos of all of my liners installed once I receive them....

I have the WeatherTech liners and the cargo mat. The front and back seat liners don't move or slide at all. I think you'll be pretty happy with them.

The cargo mat is nice in that it has good coverage but it does tend to slide around. Just my two cents.

Cool - thanks Edwardo. I am sure they are both fantastic choices.... wanted to have them so I could install them before the snow flies. Still waiting from Lloyd's to correct an incorrectly cut 'driver side carpet mat.' They are nice for warm weather.

FedEx dropped off the WeathTech floor liners today ( I didn't even know they delivered on Saturdays!).... I put the front passenger side in and it fit like a glove... I'll post pics later.

Are they real rigid with vinyl feel that might make them crack over time? Or have rubbery flexible feel? They are not found in any auto stores in my area. Interested buyer. I currently use indoor/outdoor rubber back during the winter season and then back to using the OEM carpet in all our cars.

Hi Toddsta,

Have you had a chance to take some pics of your new WeatherTech mats?

Teetertotter - you can buy them from a distributor online, such as autoanything.com or you can buy them direct, which I did at WeatherTech.com The front mats (driver and passenger) fit perfectly. They are kind of 'rubberized' and the driver's side has corresponding 'grommets' which snap nicely into place. They are guaranteed for 3 years. Hope this helps.

Craig - I just put them in today, to see if they fit.... and then took them out until the snow flies. I'll put them back in and take photos for you.

The front driver and passenger fit perfectly.... I like them. The driver's side has corresponding 'grommets' which snap nicely into place so there is no chance for them to 'move.'

There is a problem with the 2nd row liner: there are 'contoured humps' in the liner where there are no corresponding 'humps' in the floor of the vehicle.... and a few places where I think there should have been some cut-out areas. I called Weathertech and talked to a Customer Service woman ...... I could tell by the tone of her voice and the way she was asking questions that she had this attitude that I must be an idiot and couldn't put a stupid mat in my car in the right direction. I told her they flat out didn't match-up.... and she asked me to send her photos to prove it. So, that's what I am doing now. They fit in some areas, but not in others on the 2nd row liner.

Other than that.... I like that the front driver's side mat actually snaps onto the OEM posts. The Husky liners don't do that.... they simply have a recessed bump that sits over the posts, but doesn't snap onto them like they should - so I give kudos to WeatherTech for that. I'll post pictures later this evening.

No need to take them out, ever...keep them it. Even if its not snow or slush, these are still much easier to clean up from rain, mud and leaves than the factory ones ever were.

Re: Ordered updated WeatherTech Digital Floor Liner for 2013 NOX....

Ok.. I guess I am the idiot...after raising a semi-stink with weathertech Customer Service regardimng the 2nd Row Floor Liner....I took a closer look and did determine that the contours in question corresponded to the contours of the floor. Not quite perfect in the one corner...but very close.

That said, These mats are really quite nice....a bit pricey, but they fit well and will protect your vehicle's carpet from all manner of road debris, salt, dirt, wear, etc. I would now highly recommend them.

Here are a few pics.....
