CD won't eject

Has anyone had this problem where a CD won't eject from the CD player? I was able to get it to eject by pushing up on the top lip of the player. Taking it in on Thurs.

There is a TSB on this When they put the front of the radio stack on it sometime didn't line up Dealer undid mine and reinstalled it . Mine was doing the same thing if you'd push up right above the cd slot it would come out. Mine is a 2010..

Formermarine would happen to know the TSB number? checked 2012 & 2010 for it and nothing showed.

Re: CD won't eject

Thanks, found something for that number referencing a SRX. I'll take it along on Thursday.

Re: CD won't eject

I don't have a trim piece covering the CD opening it's all part of the center console with just a slot for the CD to be inserted

ITS THE SILVER PIECE THAT GOES UP BOTH SIDES OF THE RADIO If the dealer takes it off they will see what GM means.
The radio fits behind the center stack and if the front of the center stack wasn't installed just right, the cd catches on it just enough that it won't eject unless you lift up on the center stack above the cd slot.

This was in a prior thread I read. I believe the #P... is a TSB on this problem.

#PI0124
CD/DVD Will not eject from Instrument Panel Mounted Player(May 10,2010)
Botton line, cd/dvd catches on lip of trim if it wasn't installed just right
Mine is doing it.....
