Any ideas to fix this problem.  Even after washing the car, this plastic area looks dirty.  Thanks.

Make sure you dry it off after you wash your vehilce.  I second the armor all or other exterior dressing

Actually, a good tire cleaner like Wesley's will get it lookin' nice and black again.

Armorall is a dinosaur of days gone by when there wasn't anything better. These days there are options...I uses Mothers "Back to Black" myself.

Back to Black has been around for a while too  Cheesy  I have some that is 10 years old  thumbs up

I use STP's "Son of a Gun".  Works great on plastics too.
